I WOULD LIKE TO INTRODUCE ATRIUM CATERING, SERVING THE GREATER HOUSTON AREA, AND ASK THAT THE NEXT TIME YOU ARE PLANNING A BUSINESS MEETING, PARTY OR SPECIAL EVENT, THAT YOU PLEASE CONSIDER US.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

1.    The Featured Menus Are Options For Your Consideration.  If You Have Any Specific Needs, We Will Be Happy To Customize A Menu For Your Event That Meets Your Budget.

2.    Menu Prices Are Subject To Change Until 60 Days Prior To Function Date.

3.    Some Menu Items Are Seasonal.  We Reserve The Right To Substitute Items In Order To Maintain The Highest Degree Of Quality.

4.    A Guarantee Of The Exact Number Of Guests Must Be Specified Seven (7) Days Prior To The Function.  If No Guarantee Is Given, The Expected Attendance Will Be Considered The Guarantee.  We Will Prepare For 5% Over The Quoted Guarantee.

5.    All Food To Be Prepared Must Be Purchased And Supplied By Atrium Catering.

6.    A 25% Deposit Will Be Required To Reserve Catering Services.  Additional Deposits May Be Required.  A Payment Of 70% Of The Total Due Must Be Paid Two (2) Weeks Prior To The Scheduled Function.  The Remaining Balance Must Be Paid Forty-Eight (48) Hours Prior To The Scheduled Function.

7.    If Any Required Payment Is Not Made, We Will Consider Your Contract Cancelled, And Refunds Will Be Issued In Accordance With Our Refund Policy.  If You Wish To Reinstate Your Contract, It Will Require A Reinstatement Fee Of $150.00 In Addition To Payment Of All Past-Due Amounts.

8.    Deposits Are Refundable, Less A $500.00 Administrative Fee, Up To Thirty (30) Days Prior To The Scheduled Event.  If An Event Is Cancelled Thirty (30) Days Or Less Prior To The Scheduled Event, Any Amounts Paid Are Non-Refundable.

9.    Personal Checks Will Not Be Accepted Less Than Two (2) Weeks Prior To The Scheduled Function.  A $25.00 Return Check Fee Will Be Charged For All Checks Returned Unpaid.  Any Checks Returned Unpaid Must Be Paid By Cash or Money Order Within Five (5) Days Of Notification.  We Will Not Accept Further Payments By Personal Check If Your Check Is Returned Unpaid.

10.    Buffet Prices Are Based On One (1) Hour of Prep and Three (3) Hours Of Continuous Food Service.  An Additional $2.00 Per Person Will Be Charged For Each Additional Half-Hour Of Extended Service.

11.    All Services Are Subject To Sales Tax of 8.25%.

12.    Gratuity Is Not Required, But Is Greatly Appreciated.

13.    We offer complimentary tasting for up to 4 people and 5 items from our menu.  If you would like to have additional people and/or taste additional items, there may be an additional charge, which must be paid 24 hours prior to the tasting.
